i love listening to lil wayne while working out. actually i love listening to him period. he brings out the inner ghetto in me. haha.
today was another 3 hour day at the gym. 3-2-1 fit class, 2.5 miles on the treadmill with hills, and a step-n-sculpt class.
i think i did something to my calf. it hurts alot. i've been icing it with frozen broccoli. :D
this morning i had the usual oatmeal. add-ins were chia seeds, pink lady apple, cinnamon, and natural pb.
for lunch i had leftover tempeh, mushroom, & onion linguine that i made the other day. delish. with a side of orange and carrots. lots of orange on my plate for vitamin c. people around me are getting sick, but i refuse!
now it's....nap time!
